Product Description

WHAT IT TASTES LIKE: Buttery, mushroomy, Brie-style rich, substantial paste, bloomy rind, creamy on the outside to almost chalky within. Smooth, delicate and silky texture and complex, long lasting flavours.

WHERE IT COMES FROM: Jonny and Dulcie Crickmore began producing this small batch artisan Brie-style cheese in 2013 and it was an instant hit. Produced at Fen Farm near Bungay, Suffolk, the Crickmores imported a herd of Montbeliarde cows (the breed used for Alpine gruyeres like Comte) and their raw milk goes into one of the few Brie-style cheeses in Europe actually made on a farm.
