WHERE IT COMES FROM: The Keen family have been making unpasteurised Cheddar since 1899 at Moorhayes Farm, Wincanton, Somerset. The milk from their own grass-fed cows is transported just 50 yards to the dairy before the cheeses mature for up to 18 months. A fantastic Cheddar, it won more awards in 2017 than we can list here.
