WHAT IT TASTES LIKE: Lemony, lactic, sharp and grassy with notes of honey. Firm textured.
WHERE IT COMES FROM: A sister cheese to the wonderful Dorstone, Ragstone is another from the stable of Charlie Westhead and Haydn Roberts at Neal's Yard Creamery in Herefordshire, but takes its name from Ragstone Ridge in Kent where the creamery was previously located. This handmade artisan goat's log is made from the milk of local flocks.
