WHERE IT COMES FROM: Our Beaufort is made by a single producer in Val d'Isère in the French Alps, who only uses the raw milk from his own herd of Tarine and Abondance cows, and makes his own rennet and wild starter cultures. A true farmhouse artisan French cheese.
