WHERE IT COMES FROM: Dutch cheese maker Prima Donna uses Italian techniques to make a hybrid reminiscent of Gouda but with Parmesan characteristics. It comes in four varieties depending on how long it has been aged for and we stock the Maturo, the longest aged. Won Best European Cheese at the Global Cheese Awards in 2013.
