WHERE IT COMES FROM: The Schuster family have been maturing local Munsters in Orbey, France, since 1889. The cheeses are matured on traditional pine slats at their affinage caves, right in the heart of Munster country, and brushed with brine for three weeks to produce the traditional sticky orange rind.
