Seventeen generations of the Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena since 1605 and this 15-year aged 4 Medals bottle is their creamiest and sweetest.
The Quarto Centenario celebrates 400 years of Giusti family production and is aged in acacia barrels to give it a deep aromatic flavour, with scents of ripe fruits and notes of tobacco, roasted coffee and wood and honey. Just sublime.
