Direct from Tuscany, Michele Portoghese’s finest is bronze extruded in the traditional artisan fashion and left to slowly dry at a low temperature, which has a big effect on the taste and protein content. Spaghettoni is a larger and thicker variation of the classic spaghetti and is particularly suitable for dishes with strong flavours or recipes that require the pasta to be tossed in the pan. Excellent with courgette flowers, lamb sauce, chicken or shellfish.
