There are several different types of Jamon Iberico available – but all you need to know is that ours is the best quality because it sports a black label. That means it’s made from pure-bred Iberian pigs, which fatten up on acorns (bellota) as they roam the oak forests on the border between Portugal and Spain. Cured for four years, this is a beautiful ham with which to amaze dinner guests.

Pork, salt, preservative: potassium nitrate. Made with 166g of Spanish pork per 100g of finished product.
