The Banda Rossa is concentrated and robust with an extraordinary complexity and rich bouquet. On the tongue it has notes of warming plum, black cherries and sweet spices, infused with the fragrance of the antique wooden barrels it’s aged in. Truly a remarkable and memorable vinegar.
