Goes well with: Pecorino Moliterno al Tartufo, Gorgonzola Dolce, aged Gouda. Rich meat dishes, truffled pasta.
Tasting Note: Velvety, silky texture. Dried fruits and jammy blueberries. Soft spices and delicate vanilla after 30 months in oak.
