Goes well with: Gorgonzola Dolce, Pecorino Moliterno al Tartufo, good strong Cheddar. Braised beef, venison casserole and a comfy chair by a fire are all good pairings.
Tasting Note: Warming and generous. Spicy cherry jam, some vanilla and liquorice.
