FYI: This port house was started in 1820 by William and John Graham from Edinburgh, Scotland. The brothers, then textile merchants, were paid a debt in barrels of Port – 27 barrels of Port! The rest is history.
Goes well with: Tawny Port is a real winner when serving a variety of cheeses from goats to blues. Serve slightly chilled.
