Seventeen generations of the Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena since 1605 and this delightful Agrodolce Bianco condiment is refreshing, clear, delicate and light, with a smooth, slightly sweet taste, and floral and zesty citrus notes.
Giusti Agrodolce Bianco starts with a soft pressing of Trebbiano grapes, prized for their particularly sweet juice. The juice is then combined with high quality white wine vinegars and aged in French oak and ash wooden barrels, locking in the fruity and floral grape aroma. Extremely versatile, from salads to cocktails!
