Monmouth source and roast coffee from single farms, estates and cooperatives – some as small as one or two acres – buying in small lots for a fascinating range of flavours. This Fazenda Santa Inês Brazilian coffee is made from sweet and toasty Yellow Bourbon beans and they are prepared using the pulped natural process, where the cherry skin and fruit are removed and the sticky parchment-covered beans are left to dry naturally.

Full body, dark roast, with notes of cocoa and caramel and a subtle acidity. Choose from either beans or ground for cafetière.
