Product Description

Made by Todd, Maugan and Kim Trethowan in North Somerset. This Caerphilly is hand crafted to a traditional recipe and matured for three months. There are only a few farmhouse Caerphillys that are now made. Under the musty earthy rind this cheese has a springy, citric, oozy and mushroomy paste; a pleasant creamy flavour and a buttery personality.
