Freedom White Sourdough Large
Freedom’s signature large white sourdough is slow fermented over 24 hours with a starter that began life 15 years ago! The wheat used for the flour is grown and milled in East Lothian making a super-tasty bread that’s perfect on its own with some butter (like our amazing French Beurre Gillot Sel de Guerande!) Can be frozen.
Ingredients: Organic white flour, white flour starter, salt.
