WHERE IT COMES FROM: Maldera Caseificio has been producing top quality burrata since 1972 near Bari in Apulia, Italy. Made from twisted mozzarella that encloses a taste bomb of fresh cream and mozzarella shreds known as stracciatella, these flavourful little burratina are the business for summer spreads and al fresco dining. Delicious with a good olive oil, fragrant tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
